Emagineered Solutions, Inc. installed our CYLutions Waterstop System to repair failed waterstops in five (5) monolith joints at the Big Bend Dam. Three of the joints required drilling a new 6″ diameter borehole, while two joints required removal of a competitor’s failed liquid-filled rubber seal. After each borehole was prepared, cleaned, and thoroughly inspected, ESI expertly placed the new waterstop cylinders in the borehole to successfully stop leakage through the monolith joints.
